Method

Whisk everything together cold.

Roast your chicken or vegetables until nearly done.

Brush the glaze on for the last ten minutes only. Any earlier and the honey burns.

Brush again as it comes out of the oven, and rest before serving.
The tip that matters
Brush it on late. Honey burns quickly over direct heat, so the last ten minutes is enough.
